Why Yoga Trek?
A million people from all over the world come to Nepal each year to see its majestic mountains. Stretching the muscles and relaxing the body/mind through yoga brings more pleasure to the experience of trekking. For this reason, Lata Love Yoga Tour developed Yoga Trekking & Retreat in High Himalayas. We have been offering our Yoga Trek & Retreat to trek lovers, making trekking in the Himalayas a more peaceful, pleasurable experience. The combination of trekking and yoga is less strenuous on the body than a normal trek, as the stretching increases muscle flexibility and reduces stiffness and soreness. Massage is added on the Yoga Trek to help soothe tired and achy muscles. With this program one can experience a unique Trek, Yoga, Tour and Retreat together. Top
